  • Discuss preliminary Budget for soft and hard costs
  • Establish preliminary Critical Path Schedule
  • Review preliminary plans for cost effectiveness.
  • Prepare preliminary Construction Costs Estimates from final space plans Review preliminary Budget

Post Construction Services

  • Provide Construction Project close-out and documentation
