Odyssey Commercial Construction was formed approximately seven years ago as the general contracting arm for a real-estate developer. The key personnel that formed and operated Odyssey Commercial Construction (OCC) in 2002 are the same personnel that own and operate the company today. In its 7 year history OCC has been responsible for the infrastructure of over 35 acres of development in the metro Phoenix area. The sum of this work equates to 24 ground-up structures totaling over 228,000 square feet of commercial facilities.

In addition, OCC has completed approximately 35,000 square feet of tenant improvementsfor clients that range from specialized medical, professional services, fitness, restaurants and retail. Due to OCC’s close affiliations with our developers, OCC became skilled in interfacing with architects, engineers, municipalities and sales staff. This rounded approach gives OCC a unique perspective to the complete construction process. The key members of OCC boast an accumulated 60 years of construction and development experience ranging from hands-on project management, construction supervision, procurement and administration. |
OCC also offers self-performance in the areas of: framing, drywall, paint, and trim carpentry. OCC carries a flawless safety record as well as a complaint free B-1 commercial license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors since its inception in 2002.
